Game 2015.131: Tigers at Royals

Hello Friends –

There are still 32 games left for the Tigers to sink further into the depths of the AL standings. I don’t think there is anything that Ausmus can do to save his job at this point in time.

JV on the hill tonight. That’s something at least worth following.

1. CF Anthony Gose

2. 2B Ian Kinsler

3. 1B Miguel Cabrera

4. RF J.D. Martinez

5. DH Victor Martinez

6. 3B Nick Castellanos

7. LF Tyler Collins

8. C James McCann

9. SS Jose Iglesias

  1. Iglesias should kick McCann’s ass for dogging it out of the box on his groundout, which should have been infield 1B.

    1. i don’t think it will be sub-3, but he has been a surprise…but then again he is making $28M, an ERA around or south of 3.00 is expected

  2. It seems the lefty versus lefty thing didn’t work out . . . just like everything else this season.

    1. Ausmus says the righty-lefty thing works on xbox almost all the time…and likely next year he’ll likely have a larger sample size…on xbox, that is

  3. After the game Ausmus will say…see I am always right!

Side note..Rondon will do the job next year!..I kinda like that VerHagen also…thats half a pen..Wilson, Hardy, VerHagen and Rondon!!!

    1. Yes, then all we have to do is somehow convince the (new?) manager to keep Krol, Feliz, Gorzo, maybe even Al Al out of it!

      1. Naw..those guys are headed to Boston in a trade for Porcello who won last night too!
