  1. I am not sure I should have come down here, but I wanted to see Porcello and no Avila ..so far so good!

  2. Relatively speaking this is a lot of runs!!!..and they should be able to pound Santana…we need to be in the lead before Jepsen and Street..I would really like to see a clean 7-8-9 with Soria..Joba and Nathan…really I would

  3. Fewer Tiger fans this year then I have ever seen here in 10 years. Maybe they are kinda like me… sick of losing here..usually the three sections behind the Tiger dugout towards first base is at least half Tiger fans. This weekend not so much…

  4. Navarro who doesn’t even start for the Angels has done more in this series than the entire Tiger team….

  5. It is a pleasure watching Porcello mature as a pitcher. Great ball movement..good change of speeds……

On the other side ..it is Sooooo hard to watch the Tigers bat..soo hard!

  6. Hack…hack…hack…disgusting!

Smarty will blame Porcello for not throwing a no hitter yet another 2 win bum shuts down the Sluggos

  7. You know what the worst part of this is..after this game they fly back to Detroit where they are way worse!!!!

  8. In 4 days that ball Freese just hit was better than every single one of the 100 balls the Tigers actually put a bat on, minus the Miggy HR……

I was glad to see Hunter PH I wasn’t sure if Asmus was awake or not in the dugout. There is nothing to do!

  9. Just like the rest of the Tigers Miggy had a hard time walking all the way to the plate and walking all the way back to the dugout this entire weekend……..

    This was beyond embarrassing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  10. I thought Ausmus was supposed to look at statistics and whatnot. Cabrera at DH is just a right-handed Alex Avila: he’s hitting a whole .208 with over a 25% K rate.

If he needs a day off, give him a day off.

    1. Doesn’t say a whole lot about a supposed superstar who can’t perform because he isn’t playing defense. Apparently if he’s not on the field, he’s not in the game mentally. His 25M a year is predicated on certain conditions only.

  11. All day he looked like he would rather be anywhere than at the ball park. His body language was so easy to read to every one except Smarty
