Game 2011.095: White Sox at Tigers

Tony Paul says it’s too early to worry, in today’s Detroit News.  So let’s heed his call and keep it short and sweet for the W.

Inge in, A Jax still out.  With an off day tomorrow, let’s hope that today is the last “rest the wrist” day.

1. Dirks, CF

3. Ordonez, RF
4. Cabrera, 1B

  1. Wow, Inge just keeps getting worse. Maybe he can take over Kelly’s place in the bullpen.

    1. I’m surprised he can even find the plate. But I bet all that yelling at himself after striking out is making a positive impression on JL.

  2. Inge career BA about to drop to .234 which just seems way worse than .235 for some reason.

  3. Benoit has been nails for the last 2 months. He has 1.33 ERA and 1.03 WHIP since May 20th.

    1. Through the heart of the order too. We really needed that.

Bal takes the lead against Cle.

    1. Only problem is we’ve lost the first two games of a series five out of last seven series.

        1. Actually, I am the master procrastinator! But don’t think that’s the word you wanted there.

          1. Whoa, hold on guys, I don’t think you want to try to out-procrastinate me. I mean it took me over an hour just to get around to this comment.

  4. Interesting article vindicating Ty Cobb (if you thought he needed to be vindicated).
