Ryan Raburn had a triple and 3 singles while Ryan Ludwick had a homer, a double, and two singles to power the top of the lineup. Josh Phelps had 3 hits, as did Alexis Gomez who cleared waivers on Tuesday. Chad Durbin started and gave up 4 runs in 6 1/3 innings. Mark Woodyard retired all 5 batters he faced.

Lakeland 11, Vero Beach 10
Jair Jurrjens allowed 2 runs in 3 innings with 3 K’s. I’m not sure why he’d only throw 3 and fear this might have been injury related. Chris Robinson doubled, singled and walked. Jeff Frazier , Clete Thomas and Wilkin Ramirez all had 2 hits as well. Jeff Larish doubled and walked.
West Michigan was rained out. Cameron Maybin has missed the last 3 games with a finger that locked up. I have no idea what that means, or whether he was going to be in the lineup tonight.
