Well, we’ll soon find out.

More importantly, who is Cale Iorg and how was he able to parlay back-to-back .212 and .211 seasons at AA into a Toledo promotion? This is like making Kwame Kilpatrick governor based on his tenure as mayor.

His dad and uncle played pro ball. Just sayin…

I don’t know, they moved some other guys around, too.

The rookies are tearing it up today

If Laird gets a hit in his next AB, he will reach the .200 mark. I expect ESPN will cover his AB live as the Quest for Mendoza continues…

I fear/expect the Yankees to claim Inge off of waivers as a backup to A-Rod.

If they do, we’ll have a moment of silence for your shattered dream of watching him break the team strikeout record.
On the other hand, you may be able to console yourself watching him strike out in the World Series.

Sigh. I’ve already resigned myself to Leyland resting him the last week of the season so he doesn’t break the record. A rest he never gave him last year.

Never fear, Casper Wells is on his way to Detroit to play against the Royals tomorrow. I’m thinking we would have heard if anything about a trade for Inge or Damon would have happened by now. They only have 2 days I think plus they’ve had the weekend to make any deals. Who would name their kid, Casper?

So Tram is not being considered in Chicago for interim manager or manager next year, any chance Uncle Smokey brings him back home?
Andrew in Toronto
Damon claimed on waivers by Red Sox. He would need to approve…
Just got tickets for Sept 26th…in the Mezzanine section 3rd base side..vs the Twins.. Hope they’re decent seats.. Had some pretty good tickets May 2nd vs the Angels on the 1st base side.. so excited here 🙂
