So far in the 2016 season both the Tigers and the Yankees have been fairly mediocre as their .500 records demonstrate.

Just came in and I see we have rested Iggy and McCann. Based on recent stats maybe it should have been Miggy and Victor. Oh well, my slogan for today is: The goal today is to hit Pineda like a piñata!

Pineda hs 3 wins cause he gets to pitch against teams like the Tigers who swing at anything…He has 6 losses cause he pitches againt evetyone else…lets keep pecking away anyway…

What could Brad have possibly said to Fulmer?

Fulmer looking very good again, but the 5th inning was a struggle… not a lot left in his tank today

as for Pineda, DET hitters making him look a lot better than he’s pitching today…almost all of DET hits, except for Cabrera’s double and VMarts liner off Pineda’s hip, were seeing eye hits… even though Pineda has gotten away with some mistake pitches

Maybe we can add an insurance run. Shouldn’t take more than 5 or 6 hits!

Greene looking good in relief…personally i wouldn’t pitch (in relief) A. Wilson, Lowe, Parnell or Hardy “in a close or winnable game”, until they show they can be consistent and effective…i know that doesn’t leave much (Krod, JWilson & Greene) of a bullpen

I agree. Most disappointing to me has been Lowe who I thought would be one of the three game enders for us.

i still think Lowe will eventually come around… he was good all last year, started out well this year – throws strikes…

    K-Rod closes with 3 K’s. 1st stop on trip a success.

I am good with Greene JWilson KRod also…everyone else can pitch when we are behind, which is often enough,,,and Brad here is a revelation….Greene can get LH out..Wilson can get RH out and KRod can get both out….put that in your cybernetic play station!
