		<description>I definitely think so. Sure it would be nice to have added Appel/Keefer/Mateychick etc, but the Tigers added 3 prospects who instantly appear in their top 10 (and 2 in their top 5) and they spent $9 million (3rd highest) to do it. I&#039;d call it a big win.</description>
