Re-reading the header, I think this ends up being more a ranking of "who would you like to play for?". Where the manager is not only himself, but also sort of the representation of the organization and their system. Which is fine. As for actual game managing, Francona, Acta, Macha, and Cox just about have to be the best on anyone's list. And Dusty is somewhere in the mid-40s.
