Dusty Ryan hit his 7th homer. Deik Scram had 3 hits and a walk. Danny Christensen allowed 1 run in 7 innings on 6 hits, 4 walks, and 2 strike outs.

Joe Tucker tripled. Joe Bowen walked twice and singled. Jon Kibler had another excellent start with 6 K’s and 1 hit in 6 shut out innings.
Whoa, Casey Fossum: strikeout king
According to gameday, Bautista was around the plate with every pitch, which is encouraging. I initially thought it was a faux-injury because of his wildness. But perhaps not.
Fossum should be the Tigers’ mop up man.
Perhaps Fossum should spot start for Rogers. I think the Gambler is due for a tired arm DL break.
