I was there for Willis’ start last night. His fastball topped out at 91 mph and normally sat between 87-91 mph. It seemed like his right knee might have been bothering him late in the game. 4-5 times toward the end of his outing, he stepped off the mound to ‘shake out’ his right leg, which prompted the manager to give him a quick visit. It didn’t last long so Willis must have told the manager he was fine. Willis got a number of weak grounders, but the Clippers had their share of hard hit balls as well. IMHO he doesn’t look ready for prime time yet and needs at least one more rehab start, but what do I know. Maybe he was just focusing on ‘getting his work in’ and not focused on results.

Brent Clevlen launched a missle well over the 400’ Centerfield fence. My guess is it went about 420.
