Leyland can coach with the best of them and he can't coach them. You get to a point when a guy makes 6-15 million a year for showing up and on many days that is exactly what these players do, just show up cause no matter what you say to them that paycheck every other friday is about $350-500,000 and that is the bottom line win or lose.
