Also Leyland went out to the mound in the first inning to talk to Bondo after he started out so shaky, but in the postgame he said "you don't want to know what I said to him, and it doesn't matter." But it sure did seem to matter, and now I'm dying to know what he said! Great job to Bondo indeed. I know sometimes he's a headcase but he seemed to pull it all together last night, and I was shocked to see him take care of the yankees 1-2-3 in the 7th.
