He's clearly not a good bullpen arm, but has had success as a starter. I'd like to see him get three or four starts, and if he fails, move him for whatever AA arm you can get. On the upside, if he (or anyone else) succeeds, Willis could spend a month or two on the DL while Chuck tries to figure out how to get him to throw strikes. My vote is for Miner.
