I’m still on the fence on this one. The rusting hulk isn’t too much to look at, but is a vacant lot any better?

Nemo’s ranks 4th. Always a Detroit favorite, but I’m partial to the lesser known Casey’s - but they don’t have a shuttle.

They’ll probably tear it down but deep in my heart I want Ernie’s plan to work.
Bilfer, Nemo’s is great and the crowd is always cool, but I’m with you on Casey’s…if you get there early enough, the burgers are amazing. Sooooo much better than Nemo’s heat lamp paper-plate sandwiches.

I can see the logic in tearing down Tiger Stadium but the fact that the whole situation has come to this shows a real failure of leadership on the part of the Detroit Tigers and the City of Detroit, among others. It’s been almost eight years since the stadium closed, and in that time, there has been no serious effort to remodel or redevelop the property. There was certainly potential for much of Tiger Stadium to be preserved and for what remained to be integrated into dowtown area.
I can’t see a good reason to bring Pudge back at 13 million. Can anyone?
Yes, I’d bring him back.
