While it looks like we wasted the heck out of the bullpen, at least nearly 5 innings -- if leyland takes miner over miller -- of today's pitching staff were pitched by guys who won't be playing next week. Playing with the knowledge that you can lose and still be in the playoffs changes the entire equation. I am sure the Tigers dont care whether they play the Yankees or the A's in the 1st round.
