This has nothing to do with strategy, but with managing people&#8230; which seems to be the part of a manager&#8217;s job description everyone forgets when they say &#8220;A manager really only affects the outcome of 3-4 games a year.&#8221; I would argue what he does outside the dugout matters more than that. 		<description>It looks like the Tigers have some of their good prospects going to the AFL this year.  I might get down there again this year to enjoy the AZ scenery and catch a game or two.  Clevlen and the 3 pitchers will be particularly interesting to watch.</description>
