		<description>I&#039;d say Hochevar, Kershaw, Stubbs. No one seems to know if Stubbs is really going to hit. Hochevar will cost a lot but he should be good soon. Kershaw could be great but so you could say the same for Matt Wheatland. I liked Maybin in the 1st last year but he is a special talent. I&#039;d go with a college guy this year. Tim Lincecum of Washington may be available and he has an electric arm. He&#039;s also a six foot 165lb righthander. We know how DD feels about the big guys. Lincoln from Houston isn&#039;t a big guy either. It will be interesting to see if they go with a big raw thrower like Kershaw over a polished pitcher like Lincecum.</description>
