I know he's played a little better of late, but Granderson is the centerfielder of the future, and he's played like it lately. Even though DY's playing a bit better, I'd rather have Granderson in the lineup. <br> <br>And is Rondell White eligible for the 15-day DL? Might not be a bad place to put him. Right after I activated him in my fantasy lineup. I should've been a little more attentive to Polanco coming off the DL. <br> <br>I really felt that this series against the Ms would determine what direction the tigers are headed in for the remainder of the season. We really needed to win the series because we're going into Oakland to face a team that is on absolute fire. I don't see us taking two of three from those guys. We are most likely going to end this weekend series at least two games under 500 and I think that it's time to realize that what we've been seeing for the last few months is the overarching reality. This team is a 500 team at best, and is certainly not a contender for post-season play. I think Dumbro needs to begin the process of unloading some excess pieces.
